Nobody else bid on the player. The contract is 3 years @ 1M. Points are not even a factor. Is it really necessary to go through the formality of the bidding process again? Just curious.

Commish - Please make sure you remove the drop penalty for the Vikings since the bid for Levine Toilolo was dropped from the active roster after it was determined that the winning bid was invalid. The Vikings should not have to incur the drop penalty in this situation.

Ok after reading over all the comments here, I am ruling this as invalid. The Vikings bid was invalid since the points were wrong. I have reached out to him and informed him. I have also deleted the waiver cap penalty.
