Packers agree to this deal. It looks like my kicker is going to lose his job. I was going to try to spend my 3rd round pick on his possible replacement but there was no guarantee he’d be there. This way, I pick up a kicker by moving down a few spots this year and, essentially, giving up the pick I would have spent on a kicker next year. Thanks to the Dolphins for getting this deal done!

Veto 2-1.
After yesterday's discussion and issues with opinions related to trade value with the Falcons/49ers trade situation, 2 3rd round picks seems very lopsided for a Kicker. I can see one 3rd round pick being plausible for the trade, but 2 seems really extreme. I put that trade in the Fantasy Sharks Draft Trade Calculator for a 32 team league with 53 player rosters, and it came out 100% in favor of the team receiving the 2 3rd round picks.

Even with the 4.3 pick added, it still comes out with a 50% advantage to the team receiving the 3rd round picks.
