Here is a proposed Comp Pick Change
Legendary NFL Rookie draft will be rounds 1-4, no comp picks will ever be given out for these rounds. Round 5 will be designated for comp picks.
This change means the draft will not be diluted with comp picks at the end of rounds. It also means there could be more value to unstaffed rookie free agency.
*THIS CHANGE WILL GO INTO EFFECT FOR 2024 PICKS WHEN THEY BECOME AVAILABLE AFTER THE 2022 ROOKIE DRAFT*
Please vote on if you like this rule change.

Since we are voting I’ll throw out the 2nd part of this rule
One reason I came up with this idea is to give a small reward to the super bowl champ so each year pick 5.01 will go to the super bowl champ. Then as for comp picks those will go out to new gms and the worse the record the higher the pick those will start at 5.02
This could also open the door for awards like gm of the year or something.
My thoughts started around the Champ getting a small reward each year and then using this for comp picks so as to no longer water down the first 4 rounds of the draft.

I felt if there was a little reward, it also could give a little bit of something to play for. We all know there can be diamonds found in the 5th round
