Hello all,
As we are entering the final stretch of our season, I want to start putting up some things to vote on.
The first one is our head coach position. This position didn’t quite work out the way I wanted. It seems you can only get points for win/loss. So with that being said please vote for the option you would like to see happen.

Just to clarify this I forgot to put the minus sign. It would be negative points for a loss.

TBH I don't know, the +1, -1 thing has passed me by a bit, It doesn't really do much. Maybe if we extend to 5's plus or minus that may make it a little more interesting as it's a 10 point swing. Or maybe we should ditch it altogether. I can't decide

I really do like this head coach concept, scoring needs to be tweaked, but it is interesting. As long as a good balance is found, this could be neat. If significant scoring is applied, would need to apply free agency rules and not do the 1 year deal every year

Hello all,
We haven’t had any votes for a couple of days and over half the league did vote so I’m closing this poll and declaring that the head coach position will return. I will be putting up another poll to vote on scoring options for next season for the head coach. Please watch for that and we can vote for that when I get it posted.
