Give a penalty for "Gase'ing" would be a good way to stay honest through out the year. The biggest win/loss differential would win the Gase'ing award...and it wouldn't be a good thing. Like demoting the 1st round pick 3 to 5 spots.
Give an award for the top most accurate GM. Would add incentive and reward that GM for making the correct calls throughout the season. Like giving an extra end of the round 2nd pick, 2.33.
