Falcons and Ravens have agreed to following trade:
Falcons send:
Tre Herndon CB Jax 800k+rfa 2020
2021 Chicago 4th
2021 Atlanta 4th
2021 Atlanta 5th
Ravens send:
Steven Sims WR Was 1.3M 2022
Devon Kennard LB Arz 5.8M 2020
Falcons accept the trade. Picking up a young wide receiver down the depth chart a bit but has some explosiveness. Hoping the Redskins offense can move the ball with Haskins at the helm. And also picking up Kennard who has moved on to Arz. Hard to project whether he will start until after NFL draft, but willing to take the risk.
Falcons hate to see Tre Herndon go, Jaguars have shown a lot of confidence in him. Also sending a collection of picks that would be handy on RFA, but think we are getting good compensation back.
